WE ASK THAT IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT, THAT YOU PHONE AND CANCEL IT (EVEN IF IT IS THE SAME DAY) SO THAT WE MAY OFFER THIS TO OTHER PATIENTS.
